Noyce Paint, Paper & Design, LLC is a full-service painting and decorating company, locally owned and operated by Robert and Judy Noyce, who have over 30 years of painting and business experience.
The NOYCE name is recognized and respected throughout South Central Wisconsin. Architects, Designers, General Contractors, and Home Owners have become dependent on their vast knowledge of the painting industry, and the ever-changing technology.
Rob and Judy have built their painting and decorating careers based upon experience, quality craftsmanship, close attention to detail and good old-fashion work ethic.
Rob completed the State of Wisconsin Certified Apprenticeship Program and became a Journeymen Painter in 1990. Rob was also the first Contractor in the State of Wisconsin to complete the Painting & Decorating Contractors of America’s (PDCA) accrediting college. Rob served on the Board of Directors for the State of Wisconsin Certified Apprenticeship Program and helped develop the International Painting Industry Standards, for the PDCA.
