Welcome to Rose City Paint Company! I have been painting custom homes in Tyler and Smith County, TX for over 35 years. I have a five star rating from all of my customers including several on my Home Advisor page. I am an old school painter that learned how to paint the right way and understand how to get the job done efficiently and correctly. Nowadays, it seems everyone is only concerned about making money.
