John Bernard — owner and operator of Arbor Painting & Decorating — has been beautifying homes for four decades. Over the years he’s conducted business in Ohio and California. His specialties include interior residential painting, wallcovering installation and removal, application of decorative borders and murals, drywall repair, color consultation, and paint restoration of ageing and/or neglected homes. John has participated in a number of designer show houses and is a graduate of the U.S. School of Professional Paperhanging in Rutland, Vermont.
