Exterior Services: __ Pressure wash thoroughly removing all mildew, loose paint and chalking from top to bottom __ Seal and waterproof all stucco for strong bonding and to protect against Florida weather __ Sand, scrape and prime, as well as, fill in any holes in all wood areas as needed __ Caulk all windows and surrounding doors __ Cover all windows and landscaping __ We provide color books to assist with color selection __ Apply paint with both a sprayer and roller to ensure proper coverage __ Apply a satin finish to the body of the house and a semi-gloss finish to the trim/doors to ensure a longer ​ lasting paint job that is easier to maintain/clean
